For producers and agencies

Happy clients. A private set.

Your clients watch the shoot live on their own iPad, from the client tent, the van or the next room. And nothing leaves the set that shouldn't.

Keeping it private

Built for shoots you can't talk about.

Product launches, talent under NDA, campaigns nobody can see before air. Abby Monitor was made with that in mind.

1

Only approved devices

Every iPad or iPhone has to be let in by the video assist operator, one by one. A six-character code on both screens confirms it's the right device. Access can be removed at any moment.

2

Encrypted end to end

Pictures, sound and messages are encrypted between the operator's Mac and each approved device, over the set's own network. Nothing goes through the internet.

3

No screen recording

If someone starts recording their screen, the picture goes blank: "Screen recording is off for this stream."

4

Every picture has a name on it

Each viewer's name sits faintly on their own picture, so a photo of a screen shows who was holding it.

5

No files, no downloads

Viewers can't download takes or scrub through the day. They can ask for a take, and the operator decides.

6

Chats that don't linger

Group chats are encrypted on each device and cleared when the operator ends the session.

No app can stop someone pointing a second camera at a screen. Abby Monitor makes leaks harder and traceable, and keeps the operator in control of who sees what.

Why clients love it

Fewer people at video village. Better notes.

Their own screen

Clients and agency watch on their own iPad, AirPlay it to a TV in the client area, or follow along from the next room. No crowd behind the director.

Feedback that lands

Admins can chat in private groups, pin notes to the take that's rolling, and ask to see a take again. Notes go into the wrap report with the take.

Nothing to set up

Abby Monitor is free on iPad and iPhone. The operator approves each device on set. No accounts, no internet. App Store link TBD
